Prompt: Ookami no namida/Wolf's Tears by Seki Tomokazu

He stared out over the wilderness. It was almost time. Looking back over his shoulder he smiled at the woman standing there. He extended his hand. She was nervous, he could see that but she reached out and grabbed his hand anyway. He stepped back from the cliff he was standing on and embraced her.
A slow, passionate kiss was shared as they stepped back from each other, both smiling. That was when it began. Muscles and sinews stretched and popped. Bones broke and reformed. The smiles widened and changed. And in their place were two wolves, both panting. Eyes with human intelligence looked around and with a huff and a quick lick of the fur behind her ear, he pushed her into action. The night was young and there was prey to be chased.

Date: 2006-07-07 03:52 pm (UTC)Like the story, short and to the point :P Could do a bit more on sensory experiences, what does the night air smell like, what does the wind feel like to their skin, etc. but that might just be my focus when I'm writing myself ;)
On another note, are you still planning on going to M'era? I haven't finalized my flight yet, but I am definitely going :D And from the looks of it, I will only miss two or three bands I thought of seeing, especially if I decide to skip Within Temptation and see ASP instead :P
Going to have to email the Gothminister guys to see if I can get Guestlisted, but I will definitely be staying on the campsite, not in a hotel.

Date: 2006-07-11 08:06 am (UTC)I'm still hoping to go to M'ere but the crux of the matter might just be my finances. My credit card decided that it was going to eat me over the past couple of months. But as well as that, it's impossible for me to do things like book tickets cause of the way the site is set up and the email addresses given haven't answered me back and I sent the query in English and German just in case. *sigh*
