So my internet at home is a bit iffy at the moment. It's not letting me load a couple of heavy load webpages. Not giving me great torrent speeds and dropping Skype as soon as it connects. So I rang them to see and the conversation went as follows.

Me: Hi, I'm having a problem with my connection speed.
Tech: Are you in Kildare?
Me: *puzzled* Yes.
Tech: We're having a problem with the antenna mast out that way. Should be solved by Friday or at the absolute latest Monday. We're really sorry for the inconvenience.
Me: Thanks.
Tech: If you have any problems with it after Monday, give us another call and we'll sort it out for you.
Me: Thanks.
Tech: You're welcome.
[click - disconnect]

Quickest solution or response to a problem I've every had. Yay for ICE!
