On Disappearing CSS Files...

I have narrowed down my LJ CSS problem to work.  Now given the fact that I've not done anything different to my settings or machine to make it stop showing my CSS file for this journal, I have to assume that it's the blasted content filter, although why it's attacking a CSS file, I have no idea.  And worse, why it is doing it inconsistantly is a complete mystery. 

Anyone have any experience with Fortiguard?
