So I woke up and refreshed my friends page to find that someone called [livejournal.com profile] hpspoilersrule had spammed most of the HP communities on my friends list with a huge un-cut spoiler including who dies and a couple of more less interesting facts.

Apparently she's saving us from the terrible soul-blackening consequences of having to read the book. Isn't that nice of her? Bitch!

Things not to do on a flight:

1) Give out to the cabin crew in such as way as they feel threatened.
2) Sit in the wrong seats and refuse to move - seat numbers exist for a reason.
3) Don't apologize to the pursur about said behaviour towards the cabin crew.
4) Give out to the pursur in such a way as to make him feel annoyed.
5) Refuse to apologize to the captain when he comes down to ask you to behave.
6) Refuse to get off the plane when the captain says that he is not flying you.
7) Blow raspberries at the captain when he says that he thinks you'd be a threat to plane safety.
8) Refuse to get off the plane when the DAA personnel come in to remove you.
9) Refuse to speak anything but Italian even though you've been shouting in fluent English.
10) Flirt with the cute male member of cabin crew in attempt to stay on the plane.
11) Put up a fight when Airport Police show up and refuse to get off the plane.
12) Refuse to tell anyone how many bags you checked in.

And yes, this all happened before our flight to Zurich could take off. The story behind it was that Swiss Airlines lost their baggage for two days and hadn't paid them for the inconvenience yet. They were also assigned seats at the back - which meant that they showed up early. Swiss Air fills from the back when doing dual class flights.

I'm so glad that I have some German because the captain gave his primary address in German to let people know what had happened. Calling them "bad passengers" the way he did was very much akin to calling them "naughty children". You could tell by who was laughing who could understand German. The English version was much tamer.
