New guy started in work yesterday and I had never realized how disconcerting it was to have someone looking over your shoulder while you are getting on with your work...

And Ah Bless, he's trying to make a good impression by asking questions with the right words in even though they make no sense in that context and in the context of what we are doing ... but Bless!
