You already know that you are accident prone. The falling down the stairs thing should give that away. You also know that there is a nail in the plinth to your room. All you have to do is wander into the next room and tell your landlord!!! That would stop the ripping your foot open when you trip over it. However, on the plus side... You found your missing dice. Next time, try not to do it with your ass! OW!
